Strategy

The LA Guerrillas, part of the Los Angeles based esports organization The Guard, owned by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, had exceptional players, staff and branding. We knew we had to bring forth content that would shake up the Call of Duty content space. 

At the time (2022) we noticed something missing in the short-form content space... Edutainment (Education + Entertainment) for the Call of Duty audience. With the Guerrillas being a professional organization, we knew we had the credibility and authority to make some noise.

We started creating educational content with punchy scripts and cinematic visuals, taken from our love for traditional film. We immediately got traction and positive feedback from our audience, so we doubled down on our unique style and cranked out videos like clockwork.

We analyzed post performance, created viral frameworks and built a crucial swipe file of hooks to ensure we could create high-performing content at will. 

 

Delivery 

Our main contact was Frank, the social media manager for The Guard and all it's accounts. An incredible creative and a pleasure to work with. He received videos, titles and thumbnails in a dedicated Google Drive for seamless uploading.
